Training policy and sources

These thresholds and workflows belong to the fictional Lattice Training Laboratory. They illustrate laboratory-specific policy and are not universal CLSI, manufacturer, regulatory, or clinical requirements.

Delta checks: Compare the absolute current-prior difference when the prior result is 30 days old or newer. A difference at or above the displayed threshold pauses autoverification and starts investigation. A delta alert does not establish an error.

Partial release: The fictional laboratory permits partial release only when the released analytes are analytically valid, the held or suppressed analytes are identified explicitly, and the unresolved specimen problem does not compromise the whole panel.

Interference: The Siemens IFU entries show the interferent concentrations tested for each assay. They are not HIL index cutoffs or guarantees for every specimen. The fictional laboratory uses a locally validated action table to decide which results an HIL level holds.

Analyzer profile: This fictional profile is based on the cited Siemens Atellica CH documents. Apply it only inside this simulator. It does not replace the current IFU, laboratory validation, or configured HIL rules.

Atellica reports H, I, and L as configurable levels 0 to 6. Those levels do not report hemoglobin, bilirubin, or triglyceride concentrations. The assay table separately lists the concentrations tested in each IFU.
