Keyboard shortcuts
The shortcuts work while you are in the exam and not typing in the scratchpad. Turn them off on the start screen.

The calculator also takes typed digits, + − * / and Enter while it has focus. Esc closes it.
The timer
- Choose Timer: Off on the start screen to work with no time limit. Your results then say "No time limit".
- With the timer on, you hear a warning at 30, 10, 5 and 1 minutes left. The countdown itself is not read aloud.
- Press T, or the Time remaining button, to hear the time left.
Screen readers
- Each question is a section headed "Question 12 of 100". Moving on puts focus on the new heading.
- The options are a radio group named by the question's lead-in, and each reads "A." to "D." before its text.
- A struck-out option reads "(eliminated)". Flags and struck-out options are buttons that say whether they are on.
- Powers of ten read in words, such as "10 to the 9th" for 10⁹.
