Required section · Section 6 of 6
Release a Coherent Unit, Not a Generic Training Record
Final self-check: before release, name the action the learner must perform, point to the observable evidence that demonstrates it, and confirm that each activity and item asks for that same action. Remove any content that does not support the target capability or patient-facing decision.
Keep the version, source dossier, local policy references, and update trigger with the unit. Revisit the material when the meter, control procedure, posted acceptance range, escalation rule, regulatory requirement, or local competency procedure changes. P.A.C.E. contact-hour and CE requirements are one provider-specific example, not a universal rule. A laboratory separately determines its own approval and record process.
The method here is an artifact critique and repair workshop. It is appropriate for designing one clear capability and its feedback, not for validating a device or replacing local training and competency policy. Before release, verify that every learner action and check supplies evidence for the same stated capability.
