Bounded report decision

In the CD45-positive leukocyte gate, 43,347 of 154,800 events (28.00194%) form a CD45-dim, low-side-scatter population. The population is CD34 uniform bright, HLA-DR uniform, CD19 uniform bright, cytoplasmic CD79a-positive, and CD10-positive, with minimal CD20 and no detected surface immunoglobulin. Paired-marker displays demonstrate CD19/cytoplasmic CD79a and CD19/CD10 coexpression. This phenotype supports immature B-lineage differentiation with aberrantly constrained/asynchronous maturation relative to the hematogone continuum.

The report must retain that cytoplasmic MPO and cytoplasmic CD3 are negative but do not independently exclude all alternatives. Scant spicules and possible peripheral-blood admixture can alter measured marrow composition, so the finding has limited interpretation as a marrow distribution. Obtain pathologist or qualified laboratory review under local policy and correlate with peripheral smear, marrow morphology, cytogenetic/molecular results, and clinical context. Recollection should be requested only under local policy when the limited specimen prevents the required integrated interpretation; it is not a substitute for the measured viability gate.

This is a bounded phenotype description, not a final disease classification, treatment decision, or ordering exercise.
