The conclusion is limited to a gated immature B-lineage phenotype with aberrant maturation relative to the hematogone continuum. It does not establish a WHO or ICC entity, clonality, or the true marrow proportion in a possibly blood-admixed aspirate.

Local validated panel design, controls, instrument configuration, analysis template, and normal comparison data govern the method. A valid retention interval and an adequate viability gate do not remove the specimen-composition limitation. State the strongest conclusion the evidence supports and the correlation needed to change it.
