Who this module is for

Medical laboratory scientists and trainees performing or reviewing peripheral smear morphology.

Learning objectives

  • Compare selected RBC inclusions and look-alikes by location, shape, number, distribution, neighboring cells, and stain behavior.
  • Use Perls and supravital stains only with valid controls and report their bounded material support.
  • Route artifact, parasite-like material, supported inclusion, and unresolved findings to the appropriate release or escalation endpoint.

How completion works

Mark every required section done and answer every knowledge check in those sections correctly. The final save completes the module automatically.
