These are recognition and disposition findings, not an independently assigned final subtype.

Suspected APL coagulopathy and tumor-lysis assessment are related urgent contexts but separate processes: coagulation correlation plus rapid PML::RARA testing addresses the APL concern, whereas serial metabolic chemistry supports tumor-lysis assessment. Method and local policy matter. Analyzer model, software, flag rules, smear-review criteria, second-review triggers, specimen stability, allocation order, flow panels, reference intervals, component release or hold rules, and urgent communication rules must come from the validated local procedure.
