Debrief and bench release

Release an observed morphology only after image inclusion, exclusion, artifact, and reporting decisions. An analyzer flag or an inferred mechanism cannot substitute for the visible criteria.

The bounded schistocyte count and selected comparisons do not classify every poikilocyte or establish etiology. The teaching panels are text-based criteria summaries, not stain-realistic images and not prevalence displays.
